We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced bulldozer operator to join our team.  You will be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and produce high quality work safely and efficiently.

To be successful in this position you will have experience in the following:

  • Experience and competence operating bulldozers.
  • Experience in civil construction and earthworks.
  • Ability to work with detailed survey set out.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • A keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Full Class 1 drivers licence and WTR endorsements (class 2, 4 or 5 desirable, but not essential)

We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile Fleet Mechanic to join our hard working workshop team. You will excel working on a wide range of vehicles, plant and machinery in a fast-paced environment. Our small team works well together, and you’ll also have opportunities to work independently.

This is a great opportunity for you if you are experienced or you’re just starting out and looking to get your feet into the industry.

To be successful in this position you will have experience in the following:

  • Heavy vehicle diesel experience working on heavy and light vehicles, excavators, rollers and other mobile machinery
  • Diagnosing, repairing and overhauling engines, transmissions, components, hydraulics, electrical and fuel systems on vehicles and machinery
  • Completing tune ups, brake jobs and other preventative maintenance
  • Small engine, petrol engine work
  • Responding to routine and emergency repairs and services
  • Excellent work ethic, attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting demands and deadlines
  • Full Class 1 required, Class 2, 4 and 5 licences desirable
  • Knowledge of large machinery used in road construction an advantage
  • Fabricating components, engineering and welding of steel/aluminium an advantage
  • Electrical knowledge an advantage

This role may require travel during work hours to carry out service and repair work, and be able to do weekend work on a roster.

We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile Heavy Traffic Fabricator to join our dynamic workshop team.  You will excel working on a wide range of vehicles, plant and machinery in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this position you will need the following:

  • Experience working on heavy and light vehicles, excavators, rollers and other mobile machinery.
  • Experience fabricating components and welding of steel/aluminium as required.
  • Competency in Stick and Mig Welding (A welding certificate is an advantage but not required)
  • The ability to understand plans and diagrams.
  • Full Class 1 Drivers Licence.
  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage conflicting demands and deadlines.
  • The ability to work unsupervised.
  • To be committed to health, safety and quality.

A general mechanical knowledge of large machinery used in road construction would be advantage.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Traffic Management Division Leader to grow and develop the Traffic Management Division.  You will be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment safely and efficiently.

 

To be considered for this role you will need to:

  • Hold a current STMS certification and have a thorough understanding of CoPTTM.
  • Manage the Traffic Management team.
  • Be committed to ensuring a high standard of traffic management is achieved on our sites.
  • Have experience in the civil engineering and roading industry.
  • Have experience on NZTA and Local Authority projects.
  • Have an ability to manage and audit multiple sites.
  • Have the ability to coach and train staff to ensure a high level of traffic management is maintained.
  • Be professionally presented with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the public.
  • Hold a current full Class 1 Licence.
  • Commitment to Health and Safety and Quality Assurance.

  • Be a qualified STMS with a thorough understanding of CoPTTM and hold a current STMS certification Cat A / Cat B.
  • Be committed to ensuring a high standard of traffic management is achieved on our sites.
  • Have experience in the civil engineering and roading industry.
  • Have experience on NZTA and Local Authority projects.
  • Have an ability to manage and audit multiple sites.
  • Have the ability to coach and train staff to ensure a high level of traffic management is maintained.
  • Be professionally presented with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the public.
  • Hold a current full Class 1 Licence (Class 2 preferable)
  • Commitment to Health and Safety and Quality Assurance.
